3^rd Church Officers’ Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Rev. S. Kim, Rev. Kiwoon Lee,  Rev. Sangkun Park,  Hyotae Kim, SunSeok Yoo, Sung Youl Vang, Gi Hyung Hong, Hesoon Kwon, Jin Young Hyun, Wan Hee Cho, Su Hee Vang, J-I Choi and K-J Choi

 

Rev. Kim called the meeting to order with K-J Choi’s prayer. 

 

1)       Pastoral care: average Sunday adult attendees (1+2) in Mar/Apr: 55/45, house visits: 8/6.

2)       Reviewed and approved 1^st Church Officers’ meeting minutes.

3)       Reviewed and approved financial status for Mar/April, 2013 as follows:

 3: Income: $15,499.00, Expenditure: $10,733.19

 4: Income: $16,666.73, Expenditure: $15,024.99 Balance as of 4/30/13: $24,663.52

4)       Decision made:                                                                                                                              

        i.              to accept Rev. Kiwoon Lee (6/10) and Hyotae Kim (6/30)’ resignation.  이기운 목사 (6/10)

                           와 김효태 전도사님(6/30) 의 사임건을 받기로함.
