5th Church Officers’ Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Rev. S. Kim, Rev. Kiwoon Lee, Rev. Sangkun Park, Hyotae Kim, SunSeok Yoo, SungD Yoo, Su Hee Vang, Sung Youl Vang, Gi Hyung Hong, Ju-Won Lee and J-I Choi
Rev. Kim called the meeting to order with prayer by Su Hee Vang.
1) Pastoral care: average Sunday adult attendees (1+2) in July/August: 53/48, house visits: 5/5.
2) Summer Retreat: August 4 (Sat.) to 5 (Sun), $50/person at Country Lake Christian Retreat.
Spending: registration – $2,303 including food (500+1803), $1,000 – invited speaker, Breakfast/water/snack – 229.27, total – $3,532.27, 50 participated.
3) Reviewed and approved 4th Church Officers’ meeting minutes.
4) Reviewed and approved financial status for July/August, 2012 as follows:
7: Income: $10,630.15, Expenditure: $12,659.37
8: Income: $9,548.10, Expenditure: $9,467.68 Balance as of 8/31/12: $13,327.04
5) Decision made:
i. to contribute $250 to Mike and Bibbi. Mike와 Bibbi에게 $250 돕기로함.
