1. Power in the blood of Jesus

There is power in the blood of Jesus. His blood cleanses our sin. His blood renews our hearts. Even when we fall down in sin,

Jesus washes as us as white as snow with His blood.

 

As I was praying in the morning today, my heart was a little bit down as I struggle with sin in my heart. I tried to pray to God for help,

but it seems His help was far away from me. But I could not stop from praying to God for help.

 

Then, I began to pray to God for forgiveness of my sin. I asked God to forgive me of my sin with the blood of Jesus. Jesus shed His blood

on the cross for us and I heard about it so many times in my life that I believe it did not really mean anything to me. However, this time,

it was different.

 

The Holy Spirit of God led me to rely on the blood of Jesus, just as when I was converted 10 years ago. I asked His forgiveness. I asked

His mercy and cleansing of my sin. Then, I had this joy coming from my heart that my God Father was still faithful and merciful even today

as I was praying to God this morning. I thought restoration would be impossible somhow, but Jesus’ blood made that possible right away.

 

I’ve watched this young Christian YouTuber talking about Jesus’ blood and that’s all we need and brad about. I believe her statement is true.

Only through the blood of Jesus, our sins can be forgiven, we can be renewed, and our true joy in Jesus will be sprung from our hearts.

 

Are you struggling with any habitual sins right now? Are you tired from this certain sin? or God has saved you from it but then you fell

down again? Today is the day we all come and pray to God Father asking Him to forgive us our sin and cleans us by the blood of Jesus which

was shed for us on the cross about 2,000 years ago. Jesus has finished it, so let’s rely on Him again today. “But if we walk in the light, as he

is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.” 1 John 1:7
