Rev. Kim called the meeting to order with prayer by S. Y. Vang. 

1)       Pastoral care: average Sunday adult attendees (1+2) in Sept/Oct: 49/55, house visits: 7/8.

2)       Reviewed and approved 5^th Church Officers’ meeting minutes.

3)       Reviewed and approved financial status for Sept/Oct, 2012 as follows:                

            9: Income: $14,137.00, Expenditure: $11,101.52

           10: Income: $11,006.00, Expenditure: $12,440.86 Balance as of 10/31/12: $14,716.86

4)    Decision made:                                                                                                                               

        i.              to have a meeting on 11/18.  18일 임시제직회를 갖기로함.

Church Officers’ Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Rev. S. Kim, Rev. Kiwoon Lee,  Hyotae Kim, SunSeok Yoo, SungD Yoo, Sung Youl Vang, Su Hee Vang, Ju-Won Lee, JinSook Park, Pop Chan, Chul Hwang, Soyoung Han, Sunsook Yang, Hesoon Kwon and J-I Choi. 

Rev. Kim called the meeting to order with prayer by JinSook Park.

        Decisions made:                                                                                                                              

i.                     to disapprove R-Visa status support for Youngjoo Lee. 이전도사님 비자를 교회에서 돕지 않기로함. 

ii.                    to support $450 each to DoHun Choi, Yeji Lee, Jun Sung Choi, Peniel Kim who participate in Haiti missionary trip (designated and mission funds + operating budget if necessary).  최도훈, 이예지, 최준성, 김브니엘 에게 $450을 지원키로 함 (특별헌금과 일반선교헌금 + 나머지는 경상비에서 보조하기로).
