3^rd Church Officers’ Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Rev. S. Kim, Rev. Jihoon Shin, Hyotae Kim,  SunSeok Yoo,  SungD Yoo, Eun K. Chun, Su Hee Vang, Sung Youl Vang, Gi Hyung Hong, Meejeong Han, Shin-Ae Chun, Hesoon Kwon, J-I Choi and K-J Choi

 

Rev. Kim called the meeting to order with prayer by SungD Yoo. 

 

1)       Pastoral care: average Sunday adult attendees (1+2) in Mar/April: 58/53, house visits: 5/5.

2)       Reviewed and approved 2^nd Church Officers’ meeting minutes.

3)       Reviewed and approved financial status for March/April, 2012 as follows:                         

3: Income: $15,141.94, Expenditure: $11,161.32

4: Income: $14,335.20, Expenditure: $10,218.43 Balance as of 4/30/12: $17,503.17.

4)    Decision made:                                                                                                                              

        i.              to adjust to make pastor’s salary to $20,400 and his house allowance to $21,000.                                     담임목사사례를 $20,400으로, 주택보조를 $21,000으로 하기로 함.
